Terms & Conditions of Digital Membership 1. Digital Membership is subjected to the approval of the Committee Board and the clearance of its membership entrance fee and annual renewal fee. 2. Any membership application shall be required to submit all relevant documentations and each application shall be vetted through by the Committee Board before acceptance. 3. The Association shall have the right to reject any member who does not fulfil the requirement stated. Members who failed to fulfil the requirement will be allowed to appeal application. 4. The Committee Board shall reserve the right to review, suspend, terminate, revoke or bar any members should any of the rules & regulations of the Association “PPATSM” are violated. 5. The Committee Board shall also reserve its right and authority to any disciplinary action should there be any gross misconduct, misrepresentation or fraud by the said member. This includes any member who tarnishes, smear or bring disrepute to the Association “PPATSM”. 6. The Disciplinary Board shall first investigate the said matter and the said member shall have a right of Board hearing before the Disciplinary Board decides collectively if disciplinary action shall be taken. 7. Should the Disciplinary Board take any disciplinary action against the member, the membership fee, annual fee, contribution or donation paid to the Association “PPATSM” shall not be refunded. 8. Any appeal if found not satisfactory shall be subjected to Arbitration and both parties shall accept the Arbitrator’s ruling. 9. The Association “PPATSM” shall not be held liable for any damages or subsequent losses resulting from the wrongdoings, misrepresentation, negligence or misconduct of any member. 10. The Association “PPATSM” holds the right to take any legal action should the Board deems necessary. 11. Any information, news, bulletin, images, videos or letters shall be cross checked with the relevant authorities or parties before it is taken as the definitive measure by the member(s). 12. The Association “PPATSM” reserves all rights & copyright to all its images, logo and information posted in its website. 13. The Association “PPATSM” have the right to remove, re-edit or re-modify all or any image, statement, announcement, illustration, design or matter related to its website as it deems necessary.
